To get the most out of your class, plan to arrive at least 10 minutes beforehand. This allows time to sign in, get a heart rate monitor, and put your things away.
New Members: Plan to arrive at least 15-20 minutes early.
Remember: If you arrive later than 5 minutes of class time you will not be allowed to enter the gym and your spot may be issued to another client.
Early Cancel: To drop a class simply make sure it is canceled at least 12 hours before class time and your account will be credited the full amount you paid.
Late Cancel: If you cancel later than 12 hours before class time, no credit or package uses will be returned.
