Whether you’re brand new to functional group training or you’ve been at it for years, every studio has its own vibe—and The Junkyard is no exception. We always tell first-timers: give it a couple of classes to find your rhythm. And don’t stress—we’ll meet you where you are, and you’re always encouraged to move at your own pace.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
TIMING
We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the start of your first class to get familiar with the studio, find a locker + get properly set up on your bike. PLEASE NOTE: For safety reasons, we do not allow brand new riders into class late. If you are not present by the start of class time, your bike will be released to the waitlist.
PARKING
There is plenty of free parking at all three of our studio locations!
WHAT TO BRING
Come dressed for a sweaty workout + bring water! We provide sweat towels + cycling shoes, free of charge. If you have your own shoes, bring them (our bikes use SPD clips)!
