Whether you’re brand new to functional group training or you’ve been at it for years, every studio has its own vibe—and The Junkyard is no exception. We always tell first-timers: give it a couple of classes to find your rhythm. And don’t stress—we’ll meet you where you are, and you’re always encouraged to move at your own pace.
Whether your goals are physical, mental, or a bit of both, there’s a spot for you in The Junkyard. Let’s grow, grind, and get better—together.

THE WORKOUT
Our training system is built on the science of interval training—alternating bursts of higher effort with recovery to maximize calorie burn, improve cardiovascular health, and build lean muscle. Each class balances treadmill, cycle, rower, and strength training to engage all major muscle groups while keeping your metabolism elevated long after class ends.
THE Coaches
Our certified coaches do more than motivate—they apply exercise science to guide your workout in real time. By giving effort options and form corrections, they ensure you’re training in the right intensity zone for your goals. Whether you’re building endurance, strength, or power, our coaches personalize the experience so every class is challenging, safe, and effective.


RUN
Interval training on the treadmill challenges your aerobic capacity, improves cardiovascular efficiency, and accelerates calorie burn with incline and speed variability.

RIDE
Cycle intervals deliver low-impact conditioning that strengthens quads, glutes, and calves while boosting endurance and VO₂ max.

ROW
Rowing activates over 80% of your muscles in every stroke, building power, core stability, and stamina while keeping stress off the joints.

RAGE
Targeted strength work on the mat builds lean muscle, increases metabolic rate, and balances the cardio stations for total-body results.

NEED TO KNOWS
TIMING
We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the start of your first class to get familiar with the studio, meet your instructor and learn about what's ahead. PLEASE NOTE: For safety reasons, we do not allow brand new clients into class late. If you are not present by the start of class time, your spot will be released to the waitlist.
PARKING
There is plenty of free parking at all three of our studio locations!
WHAT TO BRING
Come dressed for a sweaty workout + bring water! We provide sweat towels, free of charge.
